PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner is an advanced qualification that builds on the Foundation level. It teaches you how to apply and tailor PRINCE2® in an Agile context, equipping you with the skills to lead or manage Agile projects effectively within a structured project environment.

This course is ideal for:

• Certified PRINCE2® Agile Foundation holders

• Project managers or aspiring project leaders

• Agile practitioners looking to formalise their project management approach

• Business professionals involved in Agile project delivery

To sit the Practitioner exam, you must hold a PRINCE2® Agile Foundation certificate.

It depends on your experience and goals:

• PRINCE2® Agile Foundation is ideal if you're new to project management, Agile, or PRINCE2®. It provides a solid understanding of how Agile can work within the PRINCE2® framework. No prior knowledge is needed.

• PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner is for those who already hold a PRINCE2® Agile Foundation certificate. It focuses on how to apply and tailor PRINCE2® Agile in real-world projects.

In short:

• Choose Foundation if you're starting out.

• Choose Practitioner if you're ready to apply your knowledge at a deeper, practical level.

The Exams are completed online via a remote web proctor. Virtual Classroom – We will issue your exam vouchers to you before your course.

The format of the Agile Practitioner exam is:

• Objective testing

• 50 questions each worth one mark

• 30 marks or more required to pass out of 50 questions: 60% pass mark

• Two-and-a-half hours’ (150 minutes) duration, no additional reading time

• Open book exam. Candidates may use the official printed hard copy of the PRINCE2 Agile® Guidance. The manual may be annotated and tabulated but no sticky notes and loose-leaf papers containing additional notes will be allowed.

You must pass the Foundation exam prior to undertaking the Practitioner examination.
